Well, here it is February but you would never know it from the weather we are still having. I feel certain that our famous groundhog will see his shadow but six more weeks of this kind of winter weather is not too bad.

You do not have to purchase a separate money order or write a separate check for your water bill -just add it to your rent and write one check or money order.
Maintenance would like to remind you to call in any water leaks you may have - faucets, disposals (check under your sink), toilet running, etc. Remember, they cost everyone. Also, please remember when calling in an emergency, after giving the information required, you must press #911 to page the on call Maintenenace person. If you do not do this, they never get the page.

Reminder - there is no grilling on the covered porches. This is very hazardous and it is disturbing to the other residents since the smoke from the grill gets into their apartments. Your coooperation is greatly appreciated.

. Renters Insurance is now mandatory at Indian River. This applies to all new Residents and Lease renewals. Current residents as well as new Residents can be automatically approved through a program called Renters Advantage. Current residents please call the Management Office for more details. Should you decide to use your own insurer, please be sure to have Indian River Apts. & Townhouses listed as an "Additional Insured".
