Water bills are now due on the first and must be paid with the rent.
They are downloaded to your account automatically. You do not have to purchase a separate money order or write a separate check. Just add it to your rent and write one check or money order.
Maintenance would like to remind you to call in any water leaks you may have - faucets, disposals (check under your sink), toilet running, etc. Remember, they cost everyone.

. Renters Insurance is now mandatory at Indian River. This applies to all new Residents and Lease renewals. Current residents as well as new Residents can be automatically approved through a program called Renters Advantage. Current residents please call the Management Office for more details. Should you decide to use your own insurer, please be sure to have Indian River is listed as an "Interested Party".
